Giving Design works with you.
Giving Design makes good design both accessible and affordable by leveraging partnerships and reducing costs. Each project is assessed an administrative fee that is individually determined according to the demands of the project, the client’s budget, and the special resources Giving Design draws from to achieve the result. We may adjust the terms of payment and the fee amount on a case by case basis, if the fees are a hardship.
Here are some of the services we can provide to get your project on the right track:

• Meetings, Site Visits, Visioning Session to discuss scope of project
• Review as built drawings and/or measure
• Develop floor plans of the existing conditions
• Study zoning and basic ADA compliance
• Study program needs for a draft space program
• Test fit the program spaces on the floor plan
• Concept sketch alternatives to confirm direction
• Meet with city officials to confirm what will be required for code compliance
• Proposed site plan, floor plan, interior elevations
• Prepare materials presentation board, including reaching out to vendors to request specific finishes be donated or sold at significant price reductions
• Create ROM cost models for budgeting purposes, project schedules and timeline of completion
• Assist with material for fundraising
