Thank You From Christine Hardin, Gary Goldberg and Lee Brennan

Christine, Gary, Lee and all of us at Giving Design send a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to all who participated in the Giving Design Virtual Happy Hour on October 29th! We are thrilled to report that we were able to raise almost $6,000.

Words cannot express how much we appreciate the support, but rest assured that it has inspired us to double down on our mission to connect the skills and resources of our design community with those who might not otherwise have access to design’s positive impact.

Giving Design gives very special thanks to Sonja Bochart for her amazing presentation on Biophilia: Harnessing the Power of Nature to Thrive; our fabulous emcee, Holly Rau, Los Angeles managing director of PeopleSpace for whipping us all into shape and making the evening sing; and to Dan Nickerson, senior account advisor for social spaces at Haworth, who read everyone’s 2020 Silver Linings with his little dog, President “Grover” Cleveland. These three special people could not have been more generous with their time and talents.

Also, a big shout out to Haworth for donating our door prize, the UMA Mini lantern, and to Plant Solutions for donating our raffle prize, the stunning MossWallArt™ living wall. We feel incredibly privileged to have such friends.

It also just felt good to see everyone. We hope to be able to connect in person in the new year. Until then, we at Giving Design send our very best to you and yours.
